ABOUT US

The Skills for Change Employment Resource Centre (SfC ERC), previously known as the Dufferin Mall Employment Resource Centre, welcomed its first
client on February 19th, 1998 and continues to
provide today’s most
comprehensive employment
resources and career information for job seekers. The SfC ERC is a
self-directed Centre and
registration is required to use
the facilities. Resources
include:
knowledgeable and experienced staff, résumé and cover letter critiques, job
search related
workshops, customized mock interviews, guest speakers, referrals to
community resources,
use of the
Internet, computers, photocopier, phones,
fax machines,
business
directories, reference books, videos, small business resources,
labour market
information, career planning and work search
information, and education and
skills training information.
